The DRT app guides users through a three-part journey. The initial phase revolves around mindfulness practices to induce relaxation and foster a heightened awareness of the body and surroundings. The app provides essential features like guided Anxiety and Depression Programs, Mindfulness Exercises for Walking and Running, Meditation Practices, note-taking capabilities, and a comprehensive guide to support users along their therapeutic paths.

Rooted in Person-Centered, Existential, CBT, CAT, and Solution-Based psychotherapy approaches, DRT aims to integrate emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological dimensions towards holistic well-being.
